Aspects of Life and Nature, Paintings & Sculptures by Heng Eow Lin is a new exhibition of the joyful and sensual works by this veteran Malaysian artist. Active since he graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Art in Singapore, he has exhibited widely in Malaysia and overseas during his fifty year career.
This exhibition highlights some of his most charming works, in his Lovers Series, Mother and Child Series and ‘Lin and Friends’. He also like to depict nature and landscapes, and some of the works reflect his fascination with water buffaloes, the animals that he saw growing up in Kulim when they were then common.
The exhibition takes place at The Art Gallery, on the 4th Floor of Bellisa Row (368-4-8, Burma Road, Level 4, Unit 8, Bellisa Row) in Pulau Tikus, and continues until August 4th. Opening hours are Saturday and Sunday 2pm-5pm (except 8th & 9th July), and at others times by appointment with Gallery Director Ms Tan Ee Lene at +6012 604 1434 or eelenetan@gmail.com.
