The Mosaic Art Project, currently running at China House Art Space II, is an exhibition designed to open your eyes to the diversity and proficiency of the artworks being created by young artists in Kuala Lumpur today. The thirty-five paintings, a new piece from each of thirty-five young artists, make this point with panache. It has been curated by HOM Art Trans, an independent art organisation in KL, comprising a gallery, a studio and an art archive, which promotes and nurtures young artists through a residency programme and various awards.
The exhibition of these, and thirty other works, runs until April 23rd, upstairs at China House, Beach Street, and is open daily from 10am until 10pm. More information about HOM Art Trans can be found at http://www.homarttrans.com/
